How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
What is your return policy for Dutch Bros merchandise?
We accept returns on unworn apparel and unused accessories within 30 days of purchase. Please note that coffee beans and food items are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, the Dutch Bros Shop ships within the United States and to select U.S. territories. We are working on expanding our reach to fans worldwide soon.
How should I store my Dutch Bros coffee beans?
To maintain peak freshness, store your coffee beans in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture can compromise the flavor.
Can I use Dutch Bros gift cards on the online shop?
Physical and digital gift cards purchased at our shop locations are currently for in-store beverage and food purchases only and cannot be applied to online merchandise orders.
