At Dutch Bros Shop, we want you to love your gear as much as your morning brew, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items. Please note that for safety reasons, all coffee bean and consumable food sales are final.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the original items and the packing slip into a shipping mailer, ensuring all original tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
